Tame Impala transformed Sydney into a psychedelic wonderland on Monday night, delivering an electrifying performance filled with hypnotic visuals, dazzling lights and infectious grooves, with Australian electronic sensation Ninajirachi setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.

Opening the night, Ninajirachi brought her distinctive blend of electronic dance music, pulsating beats and futuristic sounds to the stage. Performing behind her electronic equipment, she delivered an energetic set accompanied by dazzling lighting effects, warming up the audience for the psychedelic journey ahead.

When Tame Impala took to the stage, frontman Kevin Parker immediately captivated the crowd with his signature combination of psychedelic rock, dreamy vocals and electronic soundscapes.

Opening with the epic "Apocalypse Dreams," the band set the tone for an extraordinary performance. Fan favourites "Borderline," "Breathe Deeper" and "Elephant" kept the energy flowing, while newer material including "Loser," "Dracula" and "Afterthought" demonstrated Parker's continually evolving musical creativity.

The atmosphere intensified as Parker ventured to the B-stage for "Ethereal Connection," following the instrumental "No Reply." Returning to the main stage, the band launched into the mesmerising "Let It Happen," accompanied by an incredible display of colourful lighting and hypnotic visuals.

Emotional highlights included "Eventually," "Love/Paranoia" and "New Person, Same Old Mistakes," while the combination of psychedelic projections, spectacular lighting arrangements and powerful musicianship created an almost otherworldly experience.

Returning for a three-song encore, Tame Impala performed "My Old Ways," the crowd favourite "The Less I Know the Better" and the closing "End of Summer," bringing the evening to a fitting conclusion.

From Ninajirachi's energetic electronic opening to Tame Impala's breathtaking psychedelic production, the evening celebrated the creativity and diversity of Australian music.

With spectacular visuals, infectious rhythms and an atmosphere that captivated the audience, Tame Impala once again demonstrated why they remain one of Australia's most extraordinary live acts.
